We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Below are the terms and conditions for returning motors.
Motor Returns
Motors may be returned for a full refund only if they have not been used, installed, or tested in any way.
To qualify for a refund:

The motor must be in original condition and packaging.

No signs of installation, wiring, or operation may be present.
Once a motor has been installed, tuned, or connected to power, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
Faulty Motors
If your motor is faulty out of the box or during initial testing (before installation), we offer:

A replacement unit.

A full refund, based on your preference.
Faults must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately with details and photos if available.
Return Shipping
We do not charge restocking fees, but customers are responsible for:

Arranging the return shipping.

Covering the delivery cost back to our facility.
