We are proud to introduce the ZilliVibro Spiral Elevator equipped with an advanced integrated cooling system, specifically developed for applications within the PVC processing industry.
This innovative solution is capable of reducing material temperatures from 90°C down to just 12.5°C during vertical conveying eliminating the need for separate cooling equipment and reducing system complexity, footprint, and energy use.
How the Cooling System Works
The spiral elevator is fitted with a cooling jacket system, through which chilled water or air circulates as the material travels upward. The vibratory movement promotes surface agitation, exposing more of the material to the cooling surfaces, improving thermal exchange, and accelerating the reduction in temperature. This results in a consistent outlet temperature, ready for downstream processing, packaging, or storage.
